As part of an emerging talent scheme, the BBC challenged small groups of creatives to provide a proof of concept of a platform or program that will bring the BBC's slate of programming to the real world. In the hopes of engaging younger app-users, the challenge was to develop a product that serves as a link between flow of data and the real world.
An expansive proof of concept that is accessible, enticing, and most of all, fun to engage with. The characters were built with 3D modeling software, and Adobe Aero was used to form the augmented reality scenes.

The team worked together to bring the concept to life. An amitious project, Matthew 3D modeled popular BBC characters and built an augmented reality program, complete with game ideas, that allows the characters to be seen where the device's camera is pointed. A new logo and brand strategy was also created for the product.
